I completely fell out of practice on my meditation. And I do miss it immensely. I need to work it back into my schedule. I am making good progress on the house decluttering project so I think that will help a lot. I would love to have a much less filled house.
I will set my alarm to do a meditation tonight at 10pm - so in an hour and 20 minutes. I'd love to have people join me!
OK I am here! It is 10pm! I will strive to do a 5 minute meditation. I think I need to start in a small dose - it's been a very long day full of lots of coding, and it's not done yet. Still, progress is being made.
So here I go, turning down the lights and breathing deeply. Come join me!
