Coming up on my 10pm meditation. I’m going to try to “goldfish track” of my aquarium video this time. Are they restful? #meditate with me 🙂
…Â Ah, much better than the saltwater track. This one stayed just with one “shot” the whole way through, without switching every two minutes. Plus, it had a gentle current.
