We were flirting, we were laughing, and I was on top of the world

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I've been thinking about this girl recently, who's a year younger than me. I'm a senior in highschool and she's a junior. We've not been what you would call "friends", but we have talked to each other and said "hi" in the hallway. Just recently we spent some time together on a field trip and we realy hit it off, in my opinion. We were flirting, we were laughing, and I was on top of the world. I know we could be great friends, and I welcome that, but I wonder if we could be more. I was thinking about asking her to a movie, not officialy as a date, but leaving the possibility open. I was wondering how would be the best way to do this? Also, Does it seem worth risking a possible friendship over? I know girls like to flirt, I am just not sure if she's all that into me.

RomanceClass.com Advice
Why not ask her to a movie as a friend.

That way your friendship wouldn't be jeopardized if she said no. But if she said yes then that would open the door to going to the next step.

Give it a try! George
