RomanceClass.com Advice
She is a best friend, you love her, and you're afraid if you tell her it will hurt your friendship.

This is a very common problem. What you need to do is casually tell her that you have "started having feelings" for her. She probably will say that she has feelings for you too. If she doesn't then tell her you will give her a chance to think about it and you will ask her again the next time you see her. Then be sure to ask her the next time you see her!

This is the best way to go. She probably already knows that you care a lot about her because you can't hide how you feel very well.

Good luck! George
