I`m trying to get a girl to like me, but she likes my best friend

I`m trying to get a girl to like me, but she likes my best friend. My best friend already has a girlfriend. Whenever I see her she talks to me for a while, but she will then go to my friend and flirt for a while. My friend does not like her and he knows I like her but he still continues to flirt back. What should I do about this problem???
