I want to tell her that i want to be friends first to get to know her and then maybe go out.Is that agood idea?
And i think that i'm getting signs from her about liking me.But why does she always look away when i look at her?
And sorry if i'm making you mad if i am but i really want to go out with this girl.

You are going to have to do all the work to get to know her and talk to her and ask her out. But that's not a lot if you really want to go out with her.

Tell her you want to be friends, then see if you like each other enough to date. This should make her comfortable.
