I approached this girl and told her that i thought she was cute and that i want to get to know her and i gave her my number but she didn't called.What does it mean?Does it mean that she doesn't like me even though she kind of looks at me.What should i do?Should i ask her for her number instead?

If she gives you her number then you can take the lead and take the pressure of off her.
