i really wanna know how to overcome my jealousy

heeyy ...what i wanna ask u is i'm kinda depressed right now about my relationships !! my jealousy is ruining everything that means a lot to me including my friends and family..i really wanna know how to overcome my jealousy even thought i don't know what started it ..sometimes i get jealous from my bestfriend,,plz help!

The best way to get rid of jealousy is to treat it like an enemy.

Whenever it rears its ugly head, tell it to go away that you don't believe it and won't listen. Do this about 100 times and eventually the jealousy will give up and leave you alone.
