when I talk to her my tongue gets stiff as a board

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
There is this girl that I used to like in Sixth Grade (when I was Really Imature) But She Made me really mad for some reason I Canot remember. But Over The Years I eventualy ended up flirting with each other. But things are really on and off, one month we are great fiends, the next minute it is like we are at war. Her friends dont like me very much and she used to have some feelings for me but then they seemed to disappear. The one problem I have is that My friends, her friends, and even my family, Think I hate her guts. But I really REALLY LIKE HER!., She thinks I'm an ok guy and all, and I think she is a nice girl, but I don't know what to to do I feel Like a moron every time I talk to her. Even when I went out with other girls I dreamed about her. The only thing I am afraid of is that my family, friends, her friends, and even herself, I get really nervous when I talk to her and then my tongue gets stiff as a board, what should I do?

RomanceClass.com Advice
When in doubt be honest!

When you talk with her and your tongue gets stiff as a board tell her what's going on and even try to laugh about it. Hopefully she will find it funny too and you can try to talk and that will make it funnier. After a while your tongue should start working again.

Once you get your tongue working tell her you like her and that you are sorry other people think you don't.

This should get the ball rolling.

Good luck!
George
