She is hard to read, maybe im assuming to much

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I have been working with third girl for 5 weeks now, during week 2 one of her friends (who also started working with us) accidentally mentioned that X thought I was hot, there was a silence and X said ''I can't do anything his girlfriend waits for him outside every day''. Me and my girlfriend are near the end now and someone needs to end it. During week 3 I stopped having my cigarettes alone and started to join her and this other guy who is like her little brother. We do have problems knowing what to say but I get this energy around her, I look at her all the time and when I saw her after a weekend of my stomach did that turning thing again. Anyway we sat near each other during week 4 at work and when decided to move during one shift she said ''who I’m I going to look at now'', I didn't really take that seriously because a few days before we were joking about seeing each other’s faces all the time during these long shifts we have to do. During that week when we were sitting face to face (more side to side, she is on the next pc at a weird angle) I kept catching her looking at me and I would look at her and she would catch me and it would go on for ages, I actually became upset because I couldn't do or say anything because we talk on the phone to customers all the time, I long for those breaks, during the middle of that week she dressed more feminine and people noticed, I loved it and was hoping it was for me. I decided to move on day because I had to really. I returned during week 5 and I decided to go silent and play hard to get and she would just say my name if I had prolonged moments of silence. She is hard to read, maybe im assuming to much. One day she said something really weird , she said ‘’how can I tell this guy im with that I’m not so into the relationship as much as him, I like him but im not committed as he is’’. She did mention she is with some guy but they don’t see each other that much because he lives far away. Does she like me? were young adults by the way

You've only had five weeks to get to know each other so it is too early for you to understand her and why she does things.

If you want a relationship with her, then take her aside and tell her you have started developing feelings for her and see what she says. This is better than playing hard to get.
