well theres this guy that i realllllllllly reallly like

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
well theres this guy that i realllllllllly reallly like....and its hard for me to tell if he actually likes me back but im telling u that he flirts with me a lottttt....in person and over msn...we jus met early this year and we havent really hung out at all except for one nite we went out for coffee....the problem is that hes very good friends with my older brother...he asked me out awhile ago and called it a date but a day before our date he called it off because he said it was just too risky because if my brother found out theres no doubt that he would go crazy on him....i told him my brother WOULD NOT find out but he disagreed and said its hard for a guy in a situation like this because its to risky to lose a friendship....i dont understannnnddd...it was jus one date that could have been kept from my brother but he called it off because he thinks it'll get around to my bro and things will get out of hand...is this normal? or is this jus a sign to me tellin me that he doesnt really care to go out with me? PLS HELP

RomanceClass.com Advice
He really likes you too.

What you need to do is to ask your brother how he would feel if you dated his friend. If he puts up a fuss take it to a family council. It isn't fair for your brother to stand in your way when it comes to what you care about.

Hope this works for you!
