i have a freind who lives across the street.i have been getting accused of liking him by freinds and family for years. i realized that i do like him but i dont no if i should not say anything or if i should tell the person or my freinds.

It is better to talk directly with someone you care about. He has, no doubt, heard the rumors that you like him so it won't come as a big surprise.

After you tell him, make sure he replies in a meaningful way. If he doesn't don't be shy about asking him how he feels about you.
