she always is hanging out with her friends and never has time to do something with me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Ok, I've known this one girl for about 6 months. We talk occasionally, sometimes online, but we haven't talked outside of school. I've asked her if she wanted to do something after school, like grab a bite to eat or get some coffee, but she always is hanging out with her friends and never has time to do something with me. I want to become better friends with her and maybe go out with her someday but she always says she's busy and I don't want to seem like a stalker or overly desperate by asking her every day. I really like this girl and don't want to lose the chance to be good friends.

So, my question is, should I continue to ask her, or should I just give up?

The answer is not too complicated:

just hang in there and every so often ask her out and eventually she will agree (I think).

If she doesn't, then it is time to move on.

Best of luck!
George
