How to find a girl part 2

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Hello again. I'm the one with the "How to find a girl" topic.

I understand that in order to find a girl, I would have to flirt with girls to get their attention. I was extremely nervous, but I DID manage! My plan was like this: I would make eye contact with the girl, and then when the girl makes eye contact with me, I would either smile and look away or look away and then smile. So far it hasn't worked out yet, but I know it's probably NOT going to happen in one day. Hell, it could happen when I least expect it! You are going to tell me to keep doing it. Well, don't you worry. I WILL keep doing it!

What I want to know is this:

WHO exactly should I flirt with WHEN should I flirt? What I mean is should I flirt if she has friends around her (girls or guys) If she's with another guy, I probably shouldn't flirt with her, right? For all I know, he could be her boyfriend. I know better lol. Or should I just go ahead and flirt with everybody?

About "getting out there" like you mentioned before. I think that it would be a great idea to join some clubs, but there's one problem. None of the clubs interest me. Like if there was a chess club, I would do it, but there is none. Awww. LOL.

Normally, I would go straight home from school on the bus EVERY DAY, and I would only stay after school if I have to. I realized if I do that, I will probably get NOWHERE! So, I have decided to start hanging out after school and try to meet new people AS MUCH AS I CAN! I could definitely use my time better than just going home every day, wouldn't you say?
Going home every day from school is NOT getting out there!
But if I start going to the home JV and Varsity baseball games, maybe even softball (girls) games in April (only a month away), that IS getting out there! It's better than being alone!

So what do you think?

Thanks!

P.S. I have a feeling something GREAT is going to happen real soon!
Oh, one more thing: Does wearing hearing aids have to do with anything here?

Sorry for being so detailed about it!

RomanceClass.com Advice
It sounds to me like you have an excellent plan laid out. Please think more about coed clubs or activities... that's a great way to meet girls. Or a church youth group perhaps. Remember, it's not the activity that you are interested in, but the girls :-) How about school newspaper?

Hearing aids... so many people have things stuck in their ears now, it is unlikely that anyone would care about your hearing aids. It's YOU that they will care about.

You sound realistic in that you realize that this will take more than a day. Don't get discouraged. Try saying Hi and smiling to girls that you find attractive. Look for girls that look like they need some friendly cheering up, that's another place to start.

Good luck,
George
