Should I ask her out?

A girl at my school is apparently obssesed with me.She is always staring at me and following me.Recently my her friend told that she had got over me, and then i started to regret not asking her out,I now know that she in fact didnt get over me, but i think a still fancy her.Do you think I only like her because she stopped fancying me, or hould i ask her out.
