there is a girl who said when i asked do you like me "your okay, just take it slow" a couple weeks ago but now she says "(making the "so-so" hand gesture)Getting used to it" so does "getting used to it" mean the same as "your okay, just take it slow"

I'd say "getting used to it" is slightly stronger than "take it slow." Both mean that she is still not emotionally attached to you, but she sees the possibilities. Maintain your friendship with her and see how your relationship develops.
