when your boyfriend, doesn't answer your e-mails or calls you when he says that he will...does that mean he is just using you, or does he not like you anymore...??

There's no way to mindread someone like that. The only way to know is to ask him. Maybe something really serious is on his mind and he's distracted. Maybe something is upsetting him a lot and he forgets about the normal day-to-day stuff like this. You need to talk to him and find out how he is feeling and why he's not staying in touch.
