I have no idea what happened!

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I have been going to the same gym as this guy for almost a year. We recently saw each other out at a bar and started talking. We have met each other out since then in a group setting and I even asked him to be on a team of mine. At the last minute he backed out and we have talked very little since then. I have no idea what happened! He used to tell me I was so much fun to hang out with and basically told me he was the "perfect guy" for me. Now, NOTHING! What can I do to find out what happened without seeming like a crazy chick who is bothering him all of the time? I have given him signes (I think) I burned CD's for him and have called him, but he never called back and we don't talk at the gym anymore. I really liked him! I don't want it to be akward at the gym, but I really want to know what happened. HELP!

RomanceClass.com Advice
The only way you're going to find out the answers to your questions is to start talking with him again. Open up the lines of communication slowly, with general small talk and working up to "So what's up in your life lately?" and give him an opening where he can talk about meeting the love of his life, or losing his job, or dedicating all his free time to helping the poor. There's got to be some reason that he flipped like a light switch. Since you had the friendship before, you should be able to get back on a friendly note fairly easily. It'll just take a little effort on your part to get him to talk.

Good luck!
