Space in a Relationship

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
What does "SPACE IN A RELATIONSHIP" mean ?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Some people can get obsessive, trying to control a partner's every action, calling them every hour, being jealous over every person they talk to. In these cases a partner often asks for "space" - some time without being hounded. A relationship should be about two people who enjoy spending time together - but who are still unique individuals. There needs to be a balance of time together and time to be alone.
