I have a friend(boy) who went out with my other friend(girl) they broke up and I really like her and i think she knows but he says he doesnt even care about her anymore i want to ask her out wut should i do?

It happens ALL the time that friends date exs of other friends. It's the way the world works. You date who you know. Instead of just leaping into dating her, start doing things with her as a friend. Go see a movie. Go out to dinner. Take it slow so that she can see you're interested and get used to the idea.
