Dating with an Audience

ok see theres this guy in my neighborhood. and there are all guys in my hood so i hang out with them all the time and we are all friends. but i want this guy from the group to be more than friends with me but hes 4 years older than me. we like each other alot and everyone knows. he said that im hot and the other hoodie guys tell what he says and viceversa.

so i want to be more than friends with him. i want to ask him out but im afraid it will be on this big screen and the whole hood would watch us go out. what do i do? ask him out?
