He's Flirting With Me

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I know this guy, we see each other on various occasions, concerts and whatnot. It started off with the whole staring thing, hes always looking/staring at me. Then we finally spoke to one another, (we have mutual friends)..his voice tends to get softer and more quiet when he speaks to me, I noticed he hugs me very differently than my other 2 friends who he knows just as well. One time we were taking a group picture and he came right over to me and put his arm around me and said "I dont want to scare you" out of nowhere, I had no idea what that meant, or why he said that.

It seems like he has subtle hints. We (my 2 friends and I) were standing in this semi circle talking to a friend of his, and I was in the middle, a friend on each side of me, he walked past and lightly touched my arm and said hi and continued on. Another time we were staying with another friend of both of ours (another guy) and I told him about it, and instead of saying 'thats cool' or 'thats really nice of him' he said 'oh yah? how'd that happen?' which made me think is he jealous? I honestly have no idea.

Some signals make me think he might be interested, other times I think its the complete opposite. I really need some advice

RomanceClass.com Advice
He definitely is flirting with you - all of those things he's doing are normal flirting activities. Why not flirt back? I have a ton of flirting tips on the site. So flirt away, get to know him better and spend more time with him. The closer you get, the more you'll be able to understand what he does and why - and the better your relationship will grow.
