my friend gives me mixt signals

Hi
sorry to bother you but i met a girl a year ago she came to study in my country i askt her out on a movie the first time we met she is a acouple years older the me i find it very comfortable being with her as friends we go out se movies and stuff.
But here is the problem she says she have a boyfriend but she flirts with me when we go out (i think) like locking hands and somtimes she begins to dance on the street she seems very hyped up when we are together. when we talking on the phone she talkes in a flity voice
she talks alot and seems to like her boyfriend alot to
i dont now if she is like this with other friends but she told me about a boy friend (not boyfriend) in germany that she visit alot and whent skieng with his family
is she just a friend or is there mor to it
