My friends and i recently started hanging out with his sister and her friends and i started liking one of them. How can i ask her out if we only talk to each other when all of our friends are around?

There's nothing to do but bite the bullet. Be ready for some joking by your friends. Give her a piece of paper with your phone number and online contact. Write "Please contact me some time :-)"

If she doesn't then give her a notebook and pen and ask her to write out her phone number and online contact.

Be prepared for the joking... it means nothing.
