Not sure what to think

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
There is this guy who comes into my work. We have in the past just spoken casually. A few weeks ago he and I started to talk a bit more. I found that we have so very much in common. Lately It seems that our normal talks have turned quite flirty. He seems to always find an excuse to talk to me. We laugh alot and enjoy each other. The past week or so I have noticed that every time he comes in he always keeps his body in the direction of where I am. We always make eye contact when talking. I know that when we do this I am intentionally sending out signals that I do enjoy his company. I think he responds back the same. He usually smiles from ear to ear and I swear his eyes sparkle. The issue is that I have been wondering if he is just being friendly or is he interested. I sent him an email on how to fix something that was wrong on his cellphone. The day before at my work he gave me the phone and was like here make it work!! It was sarcastic but flirty. well....he never returned my email at all. This made me feel like maybe I interpeted his actions wrong. I have to go to work tomorow and I am a bit nervous that he was werided out by me emailing him. I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend and we are both in unhappy situations. Not bad relationships just ones that have surpassed there expiration dates! I guess what I want to know is does it seem like I have created this situation that he does like me in my head or are his body language signals telling me what I swear I can feel. He makes my heart race. I feel like a teenager again from the moment he walks in the door. Should I pursue this or just avoid it. He is a customer and I a am a bit nervous of making a fool of myself.........I am usually so very good at reading people but he just makes me nervous which is NOT easy to do at all. I think it throws me off a little...I cant take him looking me straight in my eyes and smiling the way he does if this is a bad situation I just want some words of wisdom so I can cut off the eye contact and the flirting.. Thanks

RomanceClass.com Advice
The biggest problem is that you both have BF/GF's. I wonder how you know he is an unhappy situation... that suggests you two have gone beyond casual conversation.

At any rate, that is your first concern. Don't start a new relationship off two existing ones.

You could ask him out for coffee *as a friend* and see how strong your feelings are.

Be honest with him and let him know that you are intrigued by him but that you don't want to do anything behind your boyfriend's back nor behind his GFs back.

He will respect you for your openness.

Good luck! George
