I don't get it...

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
Ok, so there is this guy that is in two of my classes. I've only talked to him a little bit, but he is really nice about it, and doesn't seem to HATE talking to me. But he might just be being polite, I can't really tell... The thing is, for the past like...two months, I've noticed him looking at me a lot and I have no idea why. Or like, he seems to be totally looking at me sometimes, but then as soon as I turn towards him, he's looking at the wall or something behind me. And also, I see him a lot now in random places. It's kind of like, "Wow, why and how could you accidentally be here at the exact moment that I am?"...especially because sometimes it's totally out of his way...Or like, sometimes it also seems like he's trying to actually bump into me or get closer to me.

He really doesn't seem like the type of guy that'd be interested in me, but...idk. We're kind of opposites...maybe opposites really do attract? But my point is, I'm not really sure if he likes me like that at all, or if he's just being nice... And he doesn't really talk much in general or hold big conversations, but when I talk to him, he will talk back to me...It's just I usually have to say something to him first...but maybe he's shy...??? He seems kind of shy sometimes... I think I do like him...but I really want to know if I might have any chance with him at all...and I need to know how I can talk to him more and what I could talk to him about to hold his interest. Especially since he's not really much of a talker...

Does he like me? How can I get closer to him?...Any ideas...?

Thanks!

RomanceClass.com Advice
He seems to like you. Looking at you, running into you are good clues.

You will have to initiate conversations since he isn't much of a talker.

Talk about weather, school, music, friends, teachers, sports. Find out what he is interested in and talk about that.

Ask him to hang out or go to a movie.

Good luck! George
