Jealousy

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Okay, there are a couple of jealousy issues i am dealing with.

So my girlfriend and I have been together for about 2 and a half years now. We broke up for about 3 months in between. In the time that we spent apart she slept with another person, she wont tell me who this person is and all of her friends are guys. How am i supposed to be okay with her going and hanging out with these guys when i know it was one of them. Another thing is there is this guy from her past that was in love with her, back then she didnt have feelings for him but during the time we were apart she would email him alot and they started building a close friendship. I told her that he was still in love with her and she didnt believe it. He is home from the Army now and he tells her that he loves her and wants to be with her. Am i supposed to be okay with her being such close friends with some guy that is in love with her. I have so many jealousy issues i dont know how to cope. Please help...

Yes, jealousy sucks!

And given a little time it can ruin your relationship. It's all about trust.
Either you trust her or you don't. Some women are more of a challenge than others but you have to play with the cards you are dealt. Do you love her? So, learn how to deal with jealousy.

How do you learn. First by talking to your internal jealous self. Whenever you feel jealous pinch yourself hard and tell the jealous to get lost.
