RomanceClass.com Advice
You can't fix the problem and she probably can't either.

She should tell her parents but they can't solve the problem either.

What she needs is to get some professional counseling. Hopefully her school has a school psychologist...that's the place to start. If that doesn't work out then perhaps a private counselor should be found.

You (and she) can go to the following website and look at the hotlines for all kinds of teen problems. http://www.library.nashville.org/teens/tee_stuff.asp
at the bottom is a hotline for bulimia/anorexia: 1-800-227-4785

You could talk to the hotline yourself and see what they say. Or you could call the hotline and hand the phone to her so she can tell them herself what she is going through.

You are a very good boyfriend and a good person to worry about her like this. Please take the next step and discuss it with her and see if you can get her to take the next steps.

Good luck! George
