does he like me?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
okay so theres this shy guy i really like. were friends, but not that close. weve talk on the phone for hours at a time though. we have nicknames for eachother, and we both tease eachother A LOT. which i dont know if its a good thing because all he does is tease me. he doesnt usually hookup with girls unless he has feelings for them. hes really shy and he actually asked ME to hookup with him and we did. and it was great. we hang out once in a while. im just kind of confused. beacuse it seems like he tries to avoid hagning out alone.and it also seems like every time we do hang out, im the one who suggest it. i feel like he never asks me to hangout. like hes holding back or something. he even lies to me sometimes and says hes busy but then hang out with girls. i thinks he thinks im going to get mad, but i wouldnt. he recently got his heart broken. he says he likes me but doesnt want a gf beacuse hes scared of getting hurt again. i dont know if hes just saying that or if he means it. does he really like me?

thanks for all your help

RomanceClass.com Advice
My advice is to accept his word that he doesn't want a GF because he got his heart broken recently.

He doesn't seem to want to hang out with you and even lies about it. If he liked you, he would want to hang out with you. My guess is that he doesn't especially like you.

You should probably look for someone new.

Sorry! George
