Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I just started high school this year and in one of my classes is I guy I think is cute. I think he's nice, and I caught him staring at me more than once and he looked away. Then I smiled at him and he sorta blushed. Does this mean he likes me?

It's a little early to think he likes you especially.

Whenever you see him, look him in the eye, say "Hi plus his name" and give him a big smile. This will encourage him to take more of an interest in you and maybe you can develop a friendship which then could develop into a romance.
