Why is he going to Texas and possibly leaving you behind?

Does he have a good job waiting for him and where is he going to stay? Are you two planning on moving in together? If he has a good job and you are going to live together then you could give it a try and if you don't like it return to Florida.

Or, you could stay in Florida until he gets settled in Texas. If he is staying with someone he could take some time to build up some savings and scout around for a nice place to stay. Then, if everything, seems ok and you want to you could go there and be with him.

My advice is to let him go alone to Texas and get settled in. Of course then he might find another girl... but if he does, that means your relationship was not very good and good riddance to him.

Not an easy thing to figure out! George
