Jealousy

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I've been with my boyfriend for over 2yrs and we have a 7 month old baby together. I love him with all my heart but I think i pushed him away with my jealousy. I want to know if im overreacting. when we go out, he is always looking around and it always upsets me. He says im insecure and that he likes to look around and that its normal.I try to get over it but everytime it happens it bothers me and he knows it. Maybe I am insecure but i dont think i would be so jealous if he payed more attention to me. He says he doesnt act loving and affectionate to me because i make him uncomfortable and he feels suffocated and he cant be with me anymore. I dont know what happened, is there anything i can do ?

RomanceClass.com Advice
I had the same problem with an ex-partner.

She called it "watching people" but it was only men she was looking at. I basically burned inside and let it go.

That's my advice to you. Some people can't help themselves or feel uncomfortable trying to change.

If you really love your boyfriend as you say you do, ignore his wandering eye as difficult as it is.

Unless you want to lose him, you had better address this soon.

Good luck! George
