RomanceClass.com Advice
If she just had a death in the family, this is a really bad time to be trying to get her into a new relationship. She's got a lot on her mind and what she really needs is a good friend. It sounds like she's happy for you to be a friend, so be that! Close friendship is the single most important thing in any relationship. Build up that connection between you two - show her that she can trust in you, she can rely on you, that you're always there when she needs you.

When she feels she's ready to have something more in her life, then there you will be!
