this girl who is my friend keeps on saying she loves me but then sometimes she says she joking but i have feelings for her and i'm not sure but i've heard her talk alot to her friends about me and her friends and her friends talk to me more often

please give me your view on this matter (thanks romance class crew for answering everyones questions many thanks simple simon)

This will open the question for discussion unless you let the moment slip by.

Another less dramatic way is to reply I am developing feelings for you. That isn't as strong and is less likely to make her clam up.
