Does She Like Me? Should i Ask her out?

well i like this girl i have known her for 4 years but only started talking to her two years ago i asked her out and got rejected but now shes talking to me all of a sudden.The thing is shes showing off and on signs,when no ones looking she flirts with me and touches me but when theres is people mostly her close friends and older guys she does things that turns me off like touching them infront of me and all.I dont talk to her much in school but i usually chat with her,but earlier this week someon told me shes going out with a much older guy im not sure if its true or not. should i ask her out again?

It seems that she likes you because she flirts with you. And, as usual, she acts a bit different in a crowd. This is not unusual.
