i am the same girl who posted "what should i do". You told me to ocassionly say hi. well it's not that simple. i live in a place where i my family is very respected. In my school if a girl is seen taling to a guy , even hello's than rumours start that they are having an affair. these rumours can ruin my families name and can spread throughout the city. i don't want that to happen. plz help.i want him to know i like him. thnx

You need to have a talk with your mother very fast.

Tell her your theory of how saying hi to a boy at school might ruin your family's reputation city-wide.

I think you are building a mountain out of a molehill and your mother will set your mind at ease so you can say hello to boys at school. Do you expect to never talk to guys for the rest of your life?

What if you let him know you like him? According to your theory there is a chance that rumours will start.

Talk honestly and openly with your Mother.
