So confused, should i ask her out?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I have liked this girl for a while now. She and I are best friends and talk all the time. Every time I see her she gives me a big hug and always looks at me and smiles during our musical rehearsals. Whenever I talk to her about if she likes anybody she keeps mentioning these 2 boys who she has known a long time and doesnt know if she likes them or not. I am confused about whether she really likes them or not, and I dont know how she feels about me. I dont know where to go next. What should I do?

Tell her you are "developing feelings" for her and see what she says.

After that, you could ask her to hang out or to go out with you.

She seems to like you and you get along well together so give it a try.
