Confused about ex-boyfriend

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
My ex-boyfriend broke up with me in 2000. We have stayed friends, and have stayed in touch via e-mail for the past 6 years. Recently I wrote him to tell him that I was moving. He wrote back and said that he didn't like that I was moving, and he hoped that I was moving nearer to him. I wrote back and told him that I wasn't moving to his area, but I hoped that we could continue to be friends. Since then, I have written to him several times and he won't reply to any of my e-mails. Why won't he reply? Especially after all these years of keeping in touch?
What can I do to get him to reply to me?

RomanceClass.com Advice
Reaching him by email isn't working.

Call him on the phone and see if you can get to the bottom of this.

It makes no sense for him to stop emailing with you after all this time.

Good luck! George
