My wife is jealous... of nothing?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Greetings,

I am 20, my wife of 2 months is 19. Even while we were dating, she was jealous of many things I didn't think she should be jealous of. After we got married, it's only gotten worse. For an example, we'll be working together (we both work at the same workplace), and I'll glance up at a girl as she walks by just to see who it is, and she'll get mad at me for a couple hours. I'm not exaggerating either. That very thing happened today. Or when I have to talk to another female coworker to work out a problem or let them know something, she'll get jealous of that and show it in anger towards me. She also gets jealous if I laugh at the same joke as some females that we work with.

To me, these things seem silly to be jealous of. I just don't know what to do. We've talked about her jealousy, and she knows that she shouldn't be doing it, but she doesn't stop. I've never done anything to break her trust in this area at all, so I don't know why she is afraid of me doing so in the first place. We were both the first people to date each other, so we've never had a relationship with anyone else before.

Please help, she is the love of my life, and I want to make her happy.
