He's the only one who's still inlove in this relationship

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My best friend and her boyfriend have been going out for some time now. At the beginning of the relationship they were really in love. But since they started going to differents schools she has changed and just really isn't in love with him any more. But right before she was about to break up with him he told her that he is so happy that he's dating her he has even been able to come off of his depression medication. After hearing his sob story she feels too guilty to break up with him. She's afraid he'll get really depressed. What should she Do?
