u said to definately ask my neighbor to hang out. becuz he is giving me signs he likes me. But the only problem is, there is one factor that's getting in my way. He can never seem to hang out w/ me anymore cuz he's hanging out with this other person. older person. Let's say *A. And it seems like he can never do anything. so how do i get past that. and yea..when i touch him, like when we fool around, he never seems to care
