Am I Overreacting

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My boyfriend of two years wants to go and visit his friend (who is a girl). I am concerned that he will go visit her and cheat on me. He has never cheated on me but did on his last girlfriend. When he and this friend are together they tend to drink ALOT, and I have never heard them have a conversation that didn't have "hidden meanings." She also has openly admitted she doesn't like me and the fact that we are dating. In addition, she has shared that she likes my boyfriend. I know I can't stop him from seeing her but do I have a right to be concerned?
