Jealousy threatens relationship

I am twenty-four years old and engaged to a wonderful man. We have been together for over three years. We have a great relationship except for one thing... I get very jealous! I feel like my jealousy is ruining our relationship. I constantly keep taps on him and question him. I pick fights about past jealous experiences I have had. I know that my jealousy is starting to get to him. I just don't know how to fix it! Please help!
