He just simply walked up to me and handed me his phone number. that was it, no words spoken just the little piece of paper with his number. we dated off an on for three years. well basically i gave up all the other dates that i had for three years and kind of let him tell me when we were going to see each other and what not. he dated a few other girls, but i just waited for him. there was something about him that i just couldn't get enough of. I would sit around and wait for his calls and get so excited to see him. we had made a connection. he shortly became my best friend. I told him everything and he did the same in return. it got to the point when i was ready to just throw in the towel and not let him keep ignoring me anymore. I was hurt that he hadn't seen the romance possiblity in me already. that he wasn't ready to settle down with me. and just as i was ready to let him go he called me up and invited me over to his house. I came wit hthe intention of telling him that we were through. that i was done with him only calling me when he wanted to not when i wanted to see him. but he took my face in his hands and kissed and asked me what i felt... i told him that i loved him, which i knew i always had, and i asked him the same question.. he told me that he loved me in return. we have now been married 14 years and it has been amazing ever since.
