Many times, you get angry at something because you are stressed in the first place. You weren´t really that upset about the *thing* that happened - a spilled glass, a stuck door. You were really stressed in general, and happened to take it out on that incident.
If you find that you are stressed in your life, find ways to gain balance and calm whereever you can. Read my tips on these subjects. Staying stressed not only leads to becoming angry, but actually causes all sorts of health problems. You don´t want to risk your health and perhaps your life because of stress which can be managed!
