Foot Soak

Your feet are good to you all day long, carrying you around, letting you run around and go up stairs. Treat your feet nicely! Get a bucket or tub and give your feet a 10 minute soak. You can buy a commercial soak if you want, or just let them sit in warm water. Your feet will thank you for it. You can even do it while watching tv!
