Redirect your Jealous Thoughts

It may seem impossible to control your jealous thoughts, but really it just takes practice. The next time you think, "I wish I had hair like hers" or another jealous/envious thought, stop for a moment. Think about your best feature or a great part of your own life. Then think to yourself very strongly, "I'm so glad I have a darling daughter" or whatever you have chosen as your special thought. Remind yourself of just how lucky YOU are. You'll find that after a few times, the happy thought will really make you feel better!
