Avoid Caffeine and Sugar

When you're going through a breakup, you already have a roller coaster of emotions streaming through your body. The LAST thing you want to do is make those even worse. At least for a few weeks, cut all caffeine and sugars out of your diet so that your body is on a nice, even keel. Drink a lot of water and find healthy snacks for yourself. You'll find that you feel MUCH better when your body isn't doing the sugar rush / sugar craving cycle that caffeine and sugar can cause in it.
