Be Aware of your Emotional Cycles
Both men and women have emotional cycles - there are certain times they feel upbeat and positive, and others where they feel depressed and quiet. If you find yourself feeling gloomy and cranky, take note of it. Find some way to let your partner know that youŽre feeling out of sorts. That way, if you start to get feisty, youŽll both know to ease off for a while. Your partner could give you a massage or bring you some warm tea. Just be sure to be there for your partner when the tables are turned!
