Slightly Cool Temperature
Humans tend to sleep better if the room temperature is on the slightly cool side. You then have a blanket on you to "balance out" the coolness, and the combination makes for great sleeping. Try to use fans, breezes, AC and heaters to get your room to the right temperature.
